Offering a wide variety of choices means that we cannot stock many items in Guernsey. Our suppliers are based in a variety of locations from the UK to around mainland Europe. We tend to ship from the UK on a twice weekly basis and from Europe around once per week.
The origin of each product, together with an expected delivery timeframe, should visible on each listing however if it is not, please enquire. We stay in regular contact with each of our suppliers to keep abreast of stock levels and if an item you have ordered looks like its is going to take longer than stated, we will contact you immediately.
We aim to deliver most orders from UK suppliers within 5 days and items from Europe within 14 days, with the exception of made-to-order items which are clearly indicated. All of these are hand-made and may carry significantly longer lead times that we will inform you of. In any case, if this information is not clear you have only to enquire and we will inform you of the likely timescale.
There are occasions that orders may incur additional delivery charges due to weight and size. If this is the case we will contact you directly to discuss extra delivery costs.
Rest of Channel Islands (excl Jersey): Delivery will be quoted on a case by case basis. Most items, excepting the very large or heavy, should be delivered for approximately the same cost as in Guernsey.
Jersey: As above with client being liable to pay appropriate additional tax or duty as laid out by the States of Jersey (see ‘the importation of goods and GST).
UK and Ireland Delivery: Subject to relevant local taxes or duties and quoted case by case

Returns & Exchanges for online purchases
At Bonsai Home, we hope that you enjoy your purchase from us. We do appreciate that from time to time that you may want to return an item to us with this in mind we try and make it quick and easy for you to return a product.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, it is vital that you inform us by email within 48 hours of delivery to you. Upon acknowledgement by our sales team please return your item to us within 7 days. It must be in its original condition. If your item has been opened or used then we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Any goods that are faulty or not fit for purpose will be exchanged or refunded.
Please ensure that you send back the items via recorded mail so that you have record of delivery, any import or customs charges will be incurred by yourselves.
